Maya's Mercado

This was my first time, and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I would have to say these are the best tacos around for real! And the guacamole and salsa AMAZING!! The staff are so nice I didn't want to leave Thank you, MM, we will definitely be back .

The meat quality that you get from here is amazing. The happy boxes that are available are worth the price. Better than that the quality of food that you get is amazing. They also offer a fruit and veggie box which is absolutely packed with fruits and vegetables. The story itself offers cooked meals and raw meats that tastes better than the store-bought. You get to support a family-owned business. The owner of this place is absolutely wonderful. They were lacking some of the items for the last fruit and veggie box. So they decided to add extra items to make sure that they were still getting good amount of quality fruits and vegetables.

Went in to get some prepared masa for tamales. Didn't see any in the cold case. Asked if they had any, she went into the back and made some fresh. It was delicious. Nice red color and fresh stock. Defiantly will be getting it from their for now on.

Today I got their roasted chicken with tortillas, jalapenos, salsa and beans. The chicken was perfectly moist and tasty, and the hot salsa I chose was KICKIN'. Jalapenos were perfect, and so we're the beans. Only thing I would change is I wish that it had come with more than 4 tortillas!!.

Arrive, grab a bottle of your choice of beverage. Did you ask for the daily special?? If not it’s okay, that means everything off the menu is up for grabs. My favorite order is probably the 5 tacos of carne asada. Juicy meat, cooked to order, fresh limes, fresh salsa. Double tortilla and in my mouth you go! I get some plain ones for my kiddo and she loves em too! Maybe you have a whole family to feed? On Fri, Sat, Sun they have a chicken special, comes with sides and the works! Reminds me of a better, tastier version of pollo loco. You will not regret this place, step in and find out. If you need a translator I am your girl. Call me ;)
